Saying goodbye to our little Sugar Pies was not easy but the brightness of new lessons in their new adventure is a big consolation. On their last day of school, the tiny tots came infused with the spirit of having a memorable fun-filled time with their adorable classmates and loving teachers. The ‘Farewell’ party was filled with an emotional connect when the parents of our little cherubs saw their little bundles of joy successfully completing the first milestone towards a lifetime journey. Sprinkling sugariness around, the kids gifted endless memoirs to their teachers, who wished them all the very best for their new exploration.

Holi, the festival of colours was celebrated in its true spirit at Sugar Pie. The adorable Sugar Pies enjoyed a fun filled day with their teachers and friends as they exchanged greetings and celebrated Holi with vibrant colours & delicious sweets. The colourful cheeks and the big smiles on their faces brought out the real meaning of any celebration. Spending the dancing and giggling, the tiny tots sprinkled their multicoloured sweetness all around!

Dancing is much more than just grooving on the dance floor on your favourite tunes! It can play an important role in developing gross motor skills of children. Keeping this in mind and to have a memorable day at school, Sugar Pie recently organised a Dance Competition. The little angels came dressed beautifully and presented their dance acts with sheer confidence and enthusiasm. It was a mesmerizing day to see the little angels set the stage on fire with their energy, enthusiasm and style!

To celebrate the special relationship between grandparents and their bundles of joy, Sugar Pie recently organised Grandparents Day. The day was filled with fun and laughter as the little Sugar Pies danced and spent a wonderful day with their ‘dadus, dadis, nanus and nanis’. The little angels made the day even more special with their special performances and speeches! It was indeed a memorable day for all the Grandpas, Grandmas and everyone present.

INTRODUCING THE CONCEPT OF BIRDS TO OUR LITTLE SUGAR PIES!

Children love to learn about the world around them and make connections with familiar topics. A ‘Bird’ theme is a great way to encourage young minds to step outside and make connections with the nature. Sugar Pie introduced the concept of Birds to the little children with some fun and interesting activities. They were dressed as various bird species and created a ‘bird sanctuary’ in the school premises. Students were taken to the garden where they heard the sweet chirping of the birds and were shown bird nests on trees. It was a memorable learning experience for the young Sugar Pies.

The recognition of colours is pivotal for little children, which is why the Sugar Pies were recently introduced to the colour ‘Pink’ in a fun way. With the help of interesting teaching methods and classroom activities, children learnt to identify pink colour in the everyday objects. Dressed in pink outfits, our cuties looked adorable. It was a very informative activity which made their understanding of the concept of colours extremely simple.

Spring adds new life and new beauty to all that is! Sugar Pies welcomed this happy season as they celebrated the festival of Basant Panchami. The little angels invoked the blessings of Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, language, music and all arts by offering flowers. The young devotees performed the ‘Saraswati Vandana’ in their cute and lovely voices. Towards the end of the celebration, students relished the ‘prasad’ offered to them.

Keeping this in mind, Sugar Pie celebrated the rise of India as a sovereign, democratic Republic with a grand celebration. Dressed in the colours of the national flag and dancing to the tunes of patriotic songs, the toddlers were the image of the new India. The Sugar Pies showed their respect for the national flag as they sang the national anthem with their cute and innocent voices.

Counting numbers is a skill that challenges the young minds and also helps in the development of motor and cognitive skills. Recently, Sugar Pies took their first step towards the amazing world of numbers as they were learned about the number 8. Various interesting activities like tracing the number, counting various objects and arranging themselves into groups of 8 were enjoyed by our little angels. It was a fun learning experience for the children!

The joy and happiness was unmatched as the Sugar Pies celebrated the auspicious festival of Lohri with their teachers and friends. Dressed in colourful punjabi attires, students danced to the tunes of Lohri folk songs and celebrated the festival of the new harvest season. The shouts of ‘Happy Lohri’ filled the atmosphere with a lively and positive aura. Students also enjoyed the Lohri delicacies made with gur and peanuts towards the end of the celebration.

A New Year party was organised at school where the little angels spent a memorable time with their teachers and friends. ‘Santa Claus is coming to town riding on his sleigh’. The most wonderful part of year is here. It’s time to hang those mistletoes, decorate the green trees and hear some jingle bells! It’s Christmas Time and Sugar Pie is all set to welcome Santa Claus to their school! On Christmas Eve the little elves of Sugar Pie gathered to celebrate this festival of loving, sharing and giving! They decorated the Christmas tree, shared treats and spread an ethos of happiness with warm Christmas carols. There couldn’t have been a better way to end the year than the merry celebrations with students!

‘Winter, spring summer and fall, we have lesson plans for them all’. The season of hot chocolate and snowfall was recently introduced to our little Sugar Pies. With the school being decorated with snowflakes and snowman, children learned about how winter is the season of fun and celebration throughout the world. With charts and presentation, children learned about the different clothes worn by people around the world. Students were also advised on how to protect themselves from cold. The little angels enjoyed playing with the snowflakes.

With an aim to enhance and encourage the observation skills of the little ones, a fun activity on the topic of ‘Shapes’ was recently conducted at Sugar Pie. Teachers organised various activities, both indoor and outdoor to help students understand and recognize various shapes present in the surrounding. The Sugar Pies enthusiastically participated in the sorting game of shapes. The activity proved to be a great way to introduce children to the world of shapes.

Introducing concepts from our daily life is one of the main aspects of cognitive development. With this aim, Sugar Pie conducted an activity on the theme ‘Vehicles Around Us’ and introduced different modes of transportation to the students. Children were excited to identify various vehicles like the ‘car’ driven by their parents or the ‘van’ that takes them to school and back home. Teachers also talked about safety measures as they told the Sugar Pies about fastening their seat belts and never taking out their hands or face out of a moving vehicle. It was a great learning experience for the young minds.

The true essence of any festival is spreading peace and harmony. With an aim to teach our little angels about values like goodness and compassion, Sugar Pie recently celebrated Gurpurab. The sounds of ‘Shabad Kirtan’ and ‘Ardaas’ echoed in the beautifully decorated corridors of the school. Children visited a nearby Gurudwara and learned about the rituals like covering their heads and folding their hands. They bowed their heads down in front of the Guru Granth Sahab invoking the blessings of Guru Nanak Ji. At the end, children were offered ‘kadah prasad’ which they enjoyed.

A child’s love for animals depicts his or her innocence and unbiased love for all the living creatures. With an aim to further build respect and love towards the animal kingdom, a special animal day assembly was recently organised at Sugar Pie. All the students dressed as their favourite animals, looked adorable as they imitated the voices and behaviours of the animals. It was a great learning experience for them as they learned about the life and habits of various animals in a fun and interesting way!

With this thought, Sugar Pie recently organised a Math Activity to introduce the mathematical concepts of number 4 and 5. The curious students were excited to participate in special activities like students arranging themselves in a group of 4 and 5 and counting the numbers in their surroundings. The tiny tots enjoyed learning to write the numbers in a creative way. It was a fun beginning to the long journey of mathematics that awaits our tiny tots.

The flute of Lord Krishna invites the melody of love into our lives and Sugar Pies embraced this melody on the occasion of Janmashtami. The Sugar Pies celebrated the birth of their dear ‘Natkhat Nandlal’ with songs like ‘Woh Kisna Hai’ enacting the mischievous childhood of Shri Krishna. The premises was filled with a festive spirit and the flower decorations were truly picturesque. The celebration culminated with a special puja and Krishna Stuti.

Teaching directions to the young learners is an important part of preschool education and considering this, a knowledgeable session on teaching directions using footprints was recently conducted at Sugar Pie. The teachers smartly incorporated many fun activities into the activity to make it more enjoyable. Introducing vocabulary such as right, left, forward and backward, the activity amusingly helped the tiny tots to learn directions using their own footprints. The day ended with another successful and pleasurable classroom learning experience for the children!

With an objective to teach little kids about red colour and its varieties, red colour day was celebrated at Sugar Pie with so much fun and joy. It was a fun-filled day that provided children lots of opportunities to learn about the colour red with a series of different activities. Saying goodbye to our little Sugar Pies was not easy but the brightness of new lessons in their new adventure is a big consolation. On their last day of school, the tiny tots came infused with the spirit of having a memorable fun-filled time with their adorable classmates and loving teachers. The ‘Farewell’ party was filled with an emotional connect when the parents of our little cherubs saw their little bundles of joy successfully completing the first milestone towards a lifetime journey. Sprinkling sugariness around, the kids gifted endless memoirs to their teachers, who wished them all the very best for their new exploration.

Holi, the festival of colours was celebrated in its true spirit at Sugar Pie. The adorable Sugar Pies enjoyed a fun filled day with their teachers and friends as they exchanged greetings and celebrated Holi with vibrant colours & delicious sweets. The colourful cheeks and the big smiles on their faces brought out the real meaning of any celebration. Spending the dancing and giggling, the tiny tots sprinkled their multicoloured sweetness all around!

Dancing is much more than just grooving on the dance floor on your favourite tunes! It can play an important role in developing gross motor skills of children. Keeping this in mind and to have a memorable day at school, Sugar Pie recently organised a Dance Competition. The little angels came dressed beautifully and presented their dance acts with sheer confidence and enthusiasm. It was a mesmerizing day to see the little angels set the stage on fire with their energy, enthusiasm and style!

Grandparents are a delightful blend of laughter, caring deeds, wonderful stories and love! To celebrate the special relationship between grandparents and their bundles of joy, Sugar Pie recently organised Grandparents Day. The day was filled with fun and laughter as the little Sugar Pies danced and spent a wonderful day with their ‘dadus, dadis, nanus and nanis’. The little angels made the day even more special with their special performances and speeches! It was indeed a memorable day for all the Grandpas, Grandmas and everyone present.

INTRODUCING THE CONCEPT OF BIRDS TO OUR LITTLE SUGAR PIES!
Children love to learn about the world around them and make connections with familiar topics. A ‘Bird’ theme is a great way to encourage young minds to step outside and make connections with the nature. Sugar Pie introduced the concept of Birds to the little children with some fun and interesting activities. They were dressed as various bird species and created a ‘bird sanctuary’ in the school premises. Students were taken to the garden where they heard the sweet chirping of the birds and were shown bird nests on trees. It was a memorable learning experience for the young Sugar Pies.

You got that right! Pink is not just a colour, it’s an attitude!
The recognition of colours is pivotal for little children, which is why the Sugar Pies were recently introduced to the colour ‘Pink’ in a fun way. With the help of interesting teaching methods and classroom activities, children learnt to identify pink colour in the everyday objects. Dressed in pink outfits, our cuties looked adorable. It was a very informative activity which made their understanding of the concept of colours extremely simple.
SUGAR PIES WELCOME SPRING WITH THE CELEBRATION OF BASANT PANCHAMI
Spring adds new life and new beauty to all that is! Sugar Pies welcomed this happy season as they celebrated the festival of Basant Panchami. The little angels invoked the blessings of Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, language, music and all arts by offering flowers. The young devotees performed the ‘Saraswati Vandana’ in their cute and lovely voices. Towards the end of the celebration, students relished the ‘prasad’ offered to them.

Every national day holds utmost significance for Indians and its imperative for us that our students realise the same at this tender age. Keeping this in mind, Sugar Pie celebrated the rise of India as a sovereign, democratic Republic with a grand celebration. Dressed in the colours of the national flag and dancing to the tunes of patriotic songs, the toddlers were the image of the new India. The Sugar Pies showed their respect for the national flag as they sang the national anthem with their cute and innocent voices.

Counting numbers is a skill that challenges the young minds and also helps in the development of motor and cognitive skills. Recently, Sugar Pies took their first step towards the amazing world of numbers as they were learned about the number 8. Various interesting activities like tracing the number, counting various objects and arranging themselves into groups of 8 were enjoyed by our little angels. It was a fun learning experience for the children!

The joy and happiness was unmatched as the Sugar Pies celebrated the auspicious festival of Lohri with their teachers and friends. Dressed in colourful punjabi attires, students danced to the tunes of Lohri folk songs and celebrated the festival of the new harvest season. The shouts of ‘Happy Lohri’ filled the atmosphere with a lively and positive aura. Students also enjoyed the Lohri delicacies made with gur and peanuts towards the end of the celebration.
SUGAR PIES RING IN THE NEW SEASON WITH A FUN CELEBRATION!
Ringing in the New Year is cause for celebration and for spending time with friends. Soaked in the spirit of celebrations, our little Sugar Pies are all set the welcome the New Year with open arms. A New Year party was organised at school where the little angels spent a memorable time with their teachers and friends. The sweet laughter and the chirpy giggles of the Sugar Pies proved to be the perfect end to a glorious and memorable year.
MERRY CHRISTMAS! SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN!
‘Santa Claus is coming to town riding on his sleigh’. The most wonderful part of year is here. It’s time to hang those mistletoes, decorate the green trees and hear some jingle bells! It’s Christmas Time and Sugar Pie is all set to welcome Santa Claus to their school! On Christmas Eve the little elves of Sugar Pie gathered to celebrate this festival of loving, sharing and giving! They decorated the Christmas tree, shared treats and spread an ethos of happiness with warm Christmas carols. There couldn’t have been a better way to end the year than the merry celebrations with students!
INTRODUCING THE SEASON OF SNOWFALLS AND SNOWMAN
‘Winter, spring summer and fall, we have lesson plans for them all’. The season of hot chocolate and snowfall was recently introduced to our little Sugar Pies. With the school being decorated with snowflakes and snowman, children learned about how winter is the season of fun and celebration throughout the world. With charts and presentation, children learned about the different clothes worn by people around the world. Students were also advised on how to protect themselves from cold. The little angels enjoyed playing with the snowflakes.
SUGAR PIES LEARN ABOUT THE DIFFERENT SHAPES AROUND THEM
With an aim to enhance and encourage the observation skills of the little ones, a fun activity on the topic of ‘Shapes’ was recently conducted at Sugar Pie. Teachers organised various activities, both indoor and outdoor to help students understand and recognize various shapes present in the surrounding. The Sugar Pies enthusiastically participated in the sorting game of shapes. The activity proved to be a great way to introduce children to the world of shapes.
HORN.OK.PLEASE! TIME TO LEARN ABOUT THE VEHICLES AROUND US!
Introducing concepts from our daily life is one of the main aspects of cognitive development. With this aim, Sugar Pie conducted an activity on the theme ‘Vehicles Around Us’ and introduced different modes of transportation to the students. Children were excited to identify various vehicles like the ‘car’ driven by their parents or the ‘van’ that takes them to school and back home. Teachers also talked about safety measures as they told the Sugar Pies about fastening their seat belts and never taking out their hands or face out of a moving vehicle. It was a great learning experience for the young minds.
LITTLE SUGAR PIES INVOKE GURU DEV'S BLESSINGS ON 'GURPURAB'
The true essence of any festival is spreading peace and harmony. With an aim to teach our little angels about values like goodness and compassion, Sugar Pie recently celebrated Gurpurab. The sounds of ‘Shabad Kirtan’ and ‘Ardaas’ echoed in the beautifully decorated corridors of the school. Children visited a nearby Gurudwara and learned about the rituals like covering their heads and folding their hands. They bowed their heads down in front of the Guru Granth Sahab invoking the blessings of Guru Nanak Ji. At the end, children were offered ‘kadah prasad’ which they enjoyed.

Ma’am distributed gifts and chocolates as a mark of her love and affection towards the little angels and shared with them the importance of spreading joy and happiness, which is the true meaning of celebration. With their unmatched sweetness, the little ones wished Ma’am a happy Diwali.
SUGAR PIES TURN THE SCHOOL INTO A CUTE LITTLE JUNGLE SAFARI
A child’s love for animals depicts his or her innocence and unbiased love for all the living creatures. With an aim to further build respect and love towards the animal kingdom, a special animal day assembly was recently organised at Sugar Pie. All the students dressed as their favourite animals, looked adorable as they imitated the voices and behaviours of the animals. It was a great learning experience for them as they learned about the life and habits of various animals in a fun and interesting way!
SPORTS DAY: CREATING NEW BONDS OF FRIENDSHIPS AND TEAM SPIRIT
To inculcate the values of staying fit and helping children create new bonds of friendship at such a tender age, Sugar Pie recently organised a fun filled Sports Day for the little ones. Various activities, drills and exercises like balloon race, sack race and clown race were organised for the Sugar Pies. It was a memorable experience as the students learned the significance of fair play and team spirit while enjoying a day filled with fun and games.

One of the important teaching tools for preschoolers is to introduce new concepts in a playful environment. With this thought, Sugar Pie recently organised a Math Activity to introduce the mathematical concepts of number 4 and 5. The curious students were excited to participate in special activities like students arranging themselves in a group of 4 and 5 and counting the numbers in their surroundings. The tiny tots enjoyed learning to write the numbers in a creative way. It was a fun beginning to the long journey of mathematics that awaits our tiny tots.

To ensure a child’s healthy growth and development and encourage children to include fruits & vegetables in their meals, Sugar Pie organised a ‘Fruit and Vegetable Activity’. The students came dressed as their favourite fruit or vegetable. The teachers talked about the health benefits of various fruits and vegetables and told the students about how they can stay fit and happy by having a fruit daily.

It was a day filled with euphoria when the young students of Sugar Pie honoured the work of the community helpers by organising a special assembly. The students came dressed as different community helpers like postman, vegetable seller, doctor, policeman and teacher. With their sweet and innocent role play, the students spread the message about dignity of labour.
JOYOUS AND CHEERFUL TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION AT SUGAR PIE
‘Dear Teacher, thank you for not making us learn the way you wanted to teach, but teaching us the way we wanted to learn.’ The influence a teacher has on a child’s mind, moulds the child and makes him/her a better person. The sweet Sugar Pies celebrated Teacher’s Day and thanked their teachers and presented handmade cards to them. Also, their dance performance touched their teacher’s hearts. Teacher’s also showered their blessings and thanked the little angels for making their day.

The flute of Lord Krishna invites the melody of love into our lives and Sugar Pies embraced this melody on the occasion of Janmashtami. The Sugar Pies celebrated the birth of their dear ‘Natkhat Nandlal’ with songs like ‘Woh Kisna Hai’ enacting the mischievous childhood of Shri Krishna. The premises was filled with a festive spirit and the flower decorations were truly picturesque. The celebration culminated with a special puja and Krishna Stuti.

Pumped with their cheerfulness, spirited souls and fondness for one and all, the tiny tots at Sugar Pie gathered with the aim to celebrate and enjoy the sacred festival of Raksha Bandhan. Teaching directions to the young learners is an important part of preschool education and considering this, a knowledgeable session on teaching directions using footprints was recently conducted at Sugar Pie. The teachers smartly incorporated many fun activities into the activity to make it more enjoyable. Introducing vocabulary such as right, left, forward and backward, the activity amusingly helped the tiny tots to learn directions using their own footprints. The day ended with another successful and pleasurable classroom learning experience for the children!

Guru Nanak Jayanti, also known as Gurupurab- marks the birthday of the first Guru of Sikhs-Guru Nanak Devji. Sugar pies celebrated this day with much fervour and faith. Children came beautifully dressed up in traditional Punjabi attire. The branch was beautifully decorated and echoed with the melodious 'Shabad Kirtan' and 'Ardaas' playing in the background. Children also visited the nearby Gurudwara where they enjoyed the sumptuous Kada Prasad.

On the occasion of Mother’s Day, our little ones from Sugar Pie came together to show their love and dedication to mothers. With full joy and enthusiasm, they gathered to create beautiful crowns and greeting cards for their mothers. A special assembly was also conducted wherein the teachers shared the importance of mothers in our lives. It was indeed an exciting day enjoyed by everyone.

With an objective to teach little kids about red colour and its varieties, red colour day was celebrated at Sugar Pie with so much fun and joy. It was a fun-filled day that provided children lots of opportunities to learn about the colour red with a series of different activities. Both the teachers as well as children came dressed in red and got indulged in activities such as paper pasting, colouring and more. Overall, it was an exciting day with lots of learning and fun.

Today, the branches of Sugar Pie buzzed with excitement as the festival of Baisakhi was celebrated by our little ones with great fun and enthusiasm. The branches were beautifully decorated and our children enjoyed their day dancing and learning the significance of the harvest season. Overall, it was a fun-filled day for both the teachers as well as children.

Farewell ceremony was organized by the branches of Sugar Pie to bid goodbye to our lovely children. It was truly an exciting day not only for the children, but for teachers as well. The day was organized for the outgoing children to relive the moments spent at Sugar Pie. The teachers gave their blessings to the little kids and wished them a future full of success and luck.
Tattoo Making Activity Conducted at Sugar Pie
At Sugar Pie, we conduct lots of activities to keep our kids busy and entertained throughout the day. Recently, a tattoo making activity was organized for our little Sugar Pies to encourage their creative skills. The children thoroughly enjoyed the day by drawing different shapes. It had fun together as they made temporary tattoos on hands and on chart papers.

Holi, the festival of colors, was celebrated with its true spirit at Sugar Pie. It was a fun-filled day for our little ones as they enjoyed playing with beautiful colors with their friends and teachers. The day began with a special assembly where the children were introduced about the significance of the day and the importance of playing a safe Holi. There was a sense of cheer and festivity all around. The celebration was a wonderful experience for both the teachers and the children. The joy was clearly visible on their faces as they celebrated the festival and also shared delicious sweets in the most joyful way.
